Why am I required to Enroll?

Q: How do I Register for Shamir’s RCPV Rewards Program?

A: To “Register” simply select the “Register Now” button on the home page and follow the instructions on the page. If you were previously enrolled in Shamir’s RCPV Rewards Program and already have a W-9 on file, then complete the required Registration section information. If this is your first time joining Shamir’s RCPV Rewards program, follow the full Registration process, we will also need a completed W-9 to be faxed to our offices at 858-444-3842.

Q: What is the minimum number of pairs needed to qualify for points?

A: Your practice must sell a minimum of 15 pairs of qualified Shamir lenses per month to accrue points.

Q: What Shamir products qualify for the RCPV Rewards Program?

A: The following Shamir products qualify for the RCPV Rewards Program:

   • Autograph II – Single Vision™
   • Spectrum – Single Vision™
   • Relax™
   • Autograph II – Office™
   • Office™
   • Autograph II – Single Vision Attitude™
   • Spectrum™
   • Piccolo®
   • Creation®
   • Autograph II®
   • Attitude®
   • Autograph II – Attitude™
   • Element™*

Shamir Single Vision™ and Genesis® do not qualify for the RCPV Rewards Program.

Autograph II - SV™ and Spectrum SV™ do not count towards 15 pair minimum, but if minimum is reached, point rewards will be applied.

*Shamir Element™ will count towards the minimum pairs needed to qualify for RCPV® points, however practices will not receive points for selling Shamir Element™.

Q: Why am I required to Enroll?

A: Why am I required to Enroll? All practices, new to the program, are required to enroll to properly set-up their Account with the required information: practice name, contacts, point recipients and laboratory along with a W-9 for tax purposes. If this is your first time joining Shamir’s RCPV Rewards program, follow the full Registration process, we will also need a completed W-9 to be faxed to our offices at 858-444-3842.
